12 Simple Steps to Reinvent Your Life Starting Today

Reinvention isn’t an overnight trip.

It’s a journey, both within and out, and a challenge.

And it isn’t for the faint of heart.

Because reinvention is the process of connecting to your deepest self and expressing yourself from this place.

Reinvention is about giving up the chase and transforming into the creator.

Because what you seek, purpose, meaning, and fulfillment aren’t something you chase.

You must create them.

It will feel daunting, overwhelming, and insurmountable.

That’s your fear talking, and you should be thankful for it because it’s literally telling you that you’re heading the right way.

One of the ways you navigate fear is by breaking the big into the small.

And that’s precisely what I’ve done for you.

Here are 12 Simple Reinvention Steps you can take TODAY to start your journey.

None of them cost money, just an investment of time – and it’s an investment with an outsized ROI.

Health: You’ve got nothing without your health. Improve your sleep, diet, and exercise – and you improve your life.

Clarity: Uncertainty is poison to reinvention. Clarity is the antidote. What really matters to you?

Cultivate Self-Trust: Self-trust is a superpower. It makes taking the 1st step and every step that follows possible. However, self-trust isn’t the belief that everything will work out ok.

Self-trust is the wisdom that however things work out, you’ll be ok.

Core Values: Core values are your North Star. Establishing them and then living them will cultivate agency in your life. You’ll create alignment.

Principles: Like core values, they’re the rules you live by. Example: “If something scares me, I must do it.”

Your life will become on purpose.

Break the Pattern: A life set to automatic pilot is the antithesis of reinvention. When you break your pattern, you free your life. What can you do differently today?

Creativity: Do something creative every day. Creativity cultivates meaning, and it creates options. Options are freedom

Journal: Reinvention is an inner journey; journaling is the best tool I know to connect with and understand yourself better.

Inquire: Ask yourself the questions you’re afraid to ask yourself. Am I settling? What will I regret NOT doing? Who would I be without my job title?

Express Gratitude: Write 3 things a day you’re grateful for. You’ll cultivate abundance, alignment, creativity, courage, and freedom. Then, take it to the next level by asking, “Why?” you’re grateful.

Read: You have access to the greatest minds in history. Use it. What are you curious about? What did you love doing as a kid? Dive into those worlds.

I understand these aren’t groundbreaking ideas – that’s the point.

You don’t need to reinvent the wheel to reinvent your life.

Immersing yourself in one of these steps will be revelatory, let alone when you start embracing all 12.
